How to decorate your spring wreath:
Spring is here! You can already feel the change in temperatures, the longer sunny days, the hot afternoons and the desire to go for a walk to see the green and blooming nature.
It makes you want to open doors and windows to let the heat and light in and to put colorful and lively decorations that go with the mood of the season. If you are looking for a way to fill your house with light and color here's a way to decorate your own spring wreath.
In the last post I taught you how to make a beautiful and colorful Mexican braid with satin ribbons. This time we will use it to decorate our wreath. The elements you will need are:
A) A crown either of straw, rattan, foliage, green, branches or artificial. I bought this rattan wreath online, but if you go to your craft store or your local market, you will surely find something.
B) We will also need elements to decorate it. I chose tiny Mexican rag dolls, but you can also add other decorations such as paper flowers, eggshells painted and decorated by yourself, more ribbons or even seasonal sweets and chocolates, such as Easter eggs or chocolate bunnies.
C) The last element we are going to need is our Mexican braid. If you are just going to braid it, you can measure the length you are going to need for the outline of your wreath.
Assembling our crown is the easiest step. First you are going to place the Mexican braid around the crown and secure it with glue, liquid silicone, wires or even staples. Once the ribbon is placed, you will glue the decorative elements in the same way (glue, silicone, wires, etc.). Finally, hang it on your door, or put it as a centerpiece with a candle in the middle, hang it on the window or on the wall or wherever you like, and admire its color. You can choose as many colors and elements as you want, always enjoying the light it brings us to make these objects so full of life. Let's enjoy spring!
Felicidades!! Muy lindo todo , gracias!!!🥰🤗❤️👏

Muchas gracias!! Que bonito !!!😇🥰
Felicidades!!!!🥳
I was in tears even before playing the video! Recently started watching Bluey and to be honest I am saviouring every episode, making sure not to rush through them. Luce as a kid would have love it too! Without all the sometimes extreme drama cartoons such as "Candy", "Peline" and the anime series called in Spanish "La Ranita Demetan" displayed. I also remember feeling sad and stressed after watching some of them...But Bluey is so not like that. I am sure this is appreciated by kids and parents equally. Cheers to all healthy, innocent and non invasive copying mechanisms! And thanks for sharing this one! 😍
